Plot PDA Parameter Diagnostics

pda.plot.params(settings, mcmc.param.list, prior.ind,
  par.file.name = NULL)

Arguments

all	params are the identically named variables in pda.mcmc / pda.emulator

Nothing. Plot is generated and saved to PDF.
